Our Services

Property management package

Description of Service 

Our property management package includes the following services.

  • Key Service - The keys will be held in a safe place and upon request will be made available to owners, visiting guests and tradesmen. Arrangements can be made to greet guests at your property on their arrival and departure (please see check-in and check-out for more details). A visit to the property will be made following an alarm activation.
  • Property Inspection - This comprises of regular inspections of the property, weekly, fortnightly or monthly and includes gardens and patios swept, letterboxes cleared, checks for safety and hygiene, including the opening of all windows and doors so as to air the property. A damp and mould check will be undertaking. A detailed log of the inspection is made and will be emailed or faxed to you on a regular basis. Should any maintenance or repair situations arise during our inspection, you will be notified and we will be happy to provide you with competitive quotes from our list of recommended tradesmen. Unfortunately, storm and flood damage is a real possibility, especially in the North of the Costa Blanca. In addition to our weekly visits, we will always visit the property following such a storm to check for any damage. It is our policy to ensure that all electrical appliances and telephones are unplugged whilst the property is vacant.
  • Check-in/Check-out Service - Prior to you or your guest's arrival, we will make final preparations for the stay, including airing the property, turning on lights, air conditioning/heating etc as necessary. Upon you or your guest's arrival we will meet them at the property, familiarise them with alarms, locks, appliances etc. and give them a set of keys and our 24 hour contact number. Upon their departure, we will again meet your guests at the property, check and secure the property and can arrange for them to be taken to their departure point.
  • Attendance for delivery/repairs - A member of our team will be in attendance at your property should repairs be necessary or if you are expecting a delivery. The first hour of attendance is free of charge. However we do charge €8 per hour thereafter.
  • Estimates sought and supplied for property repairs, and white goods etc., and car hire
  • Compilation of property inventory - included free of charge.
  • Property information booklet - unique to each property, giving details such as: safe use of the property, area information, useful numbers, recommended bars and restaurants, places to visit, emergency details etc.
  • Welcome pack - Basic pack (see below for contents) supplied free of charge when guests have been referred from www.marjan-property.com.

 

Our commitment to you 
Key Service - We will catalogue keys and hold them in a safe. Following the activation of an alarm at the property, we will attend as promptly as is reasonably possible, and will if necessary, at our discretion, arrange for any emergency securing of the property. A full report will be logged of every callout and will include any observations made.

Property Inspection - Whilst the property is vacant, we will inspect the property externally and internally at a frequency to suit your needs and additionally, after any storm or flooding and report our observations in your property log. The log (which is always available for your inspection) will be updated and sent to you on a weekly fortnightly or monthly basis, (along with digital images where necessary of any points that we feel warrant your attention). We will perform basic tidying of the property, garden, patio etc. Whilst you property is occupied, we will call round on a weekly basis to ensure your guests are making the most of the property.


Check-in/Check-out Service - We will at all times, act in a courteous and professional manner. A check will be made of the property's inventory following your guests departure, and this will be emailed (or other) to you within 3 days to enable you to refund deposits etc. in a timely manner.

Estimates - We will obtain several estimates from reputable suppliers/tradesmen at your request.

 

Charges

Property Management Package

With monthly property inspection - €200 per annum or €16.50 per month

With fortnightly property inspection - €250 per annum or €20 per month

With weekly property inspections - €300 per annum or €25 per month

Secure key holding is included in the Property Management package, however this can be purchased as a stand alone service* and is charged at a rate of €10 per month**.

* Please note that we will only take responsibility for property and contents providing we are sole key holders. In addition, we require written confirmation from owners to supply keys to private contractors for maintenance etc.

**All genuine callouts are attended free of charge, however, we may impose a small charge for regular false alarms due to faulty systems etc.

Cleaning Services

Description of services
Changeover Clean - Following every guest's departure, the property will be thoroughly cleaned. This will include a full clean to all rooms including a thorough clean to kitchens and bathrooms. All appliances cleaned, vacuuming, mop floors, polishing, strip beds and replace with fresh linen, replace toilet rolls, tea towels and remove all rubbish from the property. The outside areas (patio etc.) will be swept and mopped and outside furniture cleaned. All bedding, towels, tea towels will be washed and ironed.

Basic Welcome Pack  €20 - milk, bread, water 5 ltrs, beer 4 cans, wine 1 white 1 red 75 cl bottles, butter, orange juice 1 litre carton, coffee, tea bags, 6 eggs, sugar, corn flakes 1 box, pack of cheese, toilet rolls 4.

Family Welcome Pack 2 €50 - milk 2 litres, bread 1 medium size loaf, water 6 x 1.5 litre bottles, beer - 1 case San Miguel 24 bottles, wine 2 white 2 red 2 sparkling, butter, fruit juices orange, pineapple 1litre each, coffee, tea bags, Coke, Fanta orange, Fanta lemon & 7up, 6 tins of each, sugar, cereals variety pack, biscuits 1, pack of chocolate 1, pack of digestives, oranges 1 kilo, bananas 1 kilo, 6 eggs, toilet rolls 4.

 

Guest Transfer Service

Murcia Airport - €30 one-way or €55 return

Alicante Airport - €40 one-way or €75 return
