Denia Beach

Denia often recieves 320 days of sunshine each year with an average temparature of 19 degree making it an ideal beach resort. With almost twenty kilometres of coastline, the popular Malvarossa and Cabanal arena lie towards the north of the town with excellent fine sandy beaches and shallow waters. Searated by the harbour is the southern section consisting of some quiet beaches and small coves along the rocky coast, known as Les Rotes, muched loved by divers and fisherman for the spectacular clear water. The seafront is served by many beach bars and resturants at every price category which is a welcomed site as the temparature has been known to reach 40 degrees during July and August.

Les Marines Beach
Les Marines lies to the north and is typical of the northern beaches with its blue flag beach and Lifesaving on duty from 10 - 19h. It is an open beach stretching two and a half kilometres.

Les Rotes Beach
Located to the south, Les Rotes beach consistes of a few small coves of outstanding beauty with crystal clear torquoise waters ideal for diving and sailing. It is a blue flag beach with coarse golden sand and rocks. Services include a bus station, red cross, lifeguards, parking, wallkways, sports area, rest rooms, showers, cleaning service, waste bins, public phones, seafront promenade and restaurants.

Les Deveses Beach
Over 4 kilmetres of beach, more or less split between the fine golden sand and dunes of the norhtern section and the rounded stone southern section with its important winds, the Garbi and Llebeig winds, making it very popular with windsurfing and sailing. This too has been awarded a blue flag. Beach bars and resturants are operated here.
